Trim Carpenter (High-End Residential)

We are seeking a highly qualified, self-starting, hands-on Trim  Carpenter with a proven background in residential new construction and remodeling work. If you are a skilled and experienced residential trim carpenter looking for an exciting opportunity to work on high-end projects, we encourage you to apply for this position. Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the scope of work
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand and power tools
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, following established safety guidelines and building codes
• Inspect and repair damaged or faulty structures and fixtures
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project completion within budget and schedule
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to all safety regulations

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of field experience as a  trim carpenter
• Demonstrated proficiency in measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials
• Experience installing and repairing high-end residential structures and fixtures
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

• $25 – $40 and hour based on experience

Education:
Associate’s Degree

Experience:
Mid-Level (4 – 7 years)
