Tom did a complete renovation of my house.

He is the consummate professional general contractor and does not take any short cuts while still keeping in mind the budget.

He comes up with savings on some items that allow for savings or better finishes on other part of the house or project.

After working with Tom, I would only work with Tom on any other project. To the point, he was recommended by my architect who is vey well known not just in Atlanta but across the country.

He bid was very competitive, but furthermore you can tell he cares about his client and his project.

He does not do anything that he would not be proud of. My house was basically gutted and redone.

Walls were moved. Steel beams were put in place for support to open up the kitchen to the great room.

The outside porch built with steel beams that you see in commercial buildings.

This allowed for an outdoor porch with very high ceilings that were completely open without beams, almost cathedral like but in a residential homey setting.

The results were outstanding. My friends and guests are so impressed with the house.

But most importantly I am so happy with the final finished project. I am doing another project and I am only using Tom for that. I didn’t even bother getting any other bids. It was a no brainer.

We hired Tom Williams to build our house and what he gave us was so much more.

We now have a beautiful home and a good friend.
